Product details

The immigration law is undergoing one legislative amendment after another. In light of the refugee crisis, a large number of norms in migration law have been changed at a breathtaking pace and politically contentious measures have been rushed through parliamentary committees. Further changes are on the horizon. The handbook "The New Migration Law" responds to this influx. Where traditional commentaries and handbooks can no longer keep up with the pace, the 2016/2017 update analyzes the changes that have occurred or been enacted by spring 2017: Data Exchange Improvement Act, Safe Countries of Origin Maghreb, Simplified Deportation 2, Asylum Procedure Acceleration Act 2016, Arrival Verification Regulation. Planned changes up to April 2017 are also taken into account, and all significant new regulations are presented in terms of their impact on immigration law practice in administration, judiciary, and legal profession.
