The new issue of "The World Chefs Guest at Ikarus" invites readers to explore and marvel: once again, head chef Martin Klein has invited top chefs from all corners of the globe to serve a specially crafted menu at Ikarus. Prior to this, he visited each chef in their restaurant to learn about their cuisine, origins, and inspirations. The fourth volume has also resulted in a special book featuring an elaborate recipe and image section that showcases international haute cuisine like never before.
