The KCP is a standardized interface command set for KERN scales and other instruments, enabling the retrieval and control of all relevant parameters and device functions. KERN devices with KCP can thus be easily connected to computers, industrial controls, and other digital systems. The KCP protocol is largely compatible with the MT-SICS protocol. Connection via RS-232 data interface only, additional interfaces available upon request. High mobility: Thanks to battery operation (optional) and a compact, lightweight design, it is suitable for use at multiple locations (laboratory, production, quality control, order picking, etc.). Platform: Stainless steel weighing plate, painted steel base, silicone-coated aluminum load cell with dust and splash protection IP65. A level and foot screws for precise leveling of the scale are standard, ensuring the most accurate weighing results.
