Loctite 406 is a low viscosity, fast curing instant adhesive ideal for bonding plastics and elastomers where very fast fixing is required. Loctite 406 is an instant adhesive that is especially used for applications where plastics and rubber need to be bonded very quickly. This product has a very low viscosity. In combination with Loctite primers for cyanoacrylates it can also be used for plastics that are difficult to bond.
