Toner is a powdered printing ink used in OKI printers, MFPs and fax machines. During the printing process, the pigments of the toner are repelled by the statically charged areas on the image drum and only adhere to the areas that were exposed by the LEDs. After the toner particles are applied, they are permanently bonded to the print medium by heating.
