Processing:
Apply adhesive thinly on both sides, wait 5-10 minutes until the adhesive feels dry. Then press the parts together briefly but firmly. The height of the pressing pressure is crucial for adhesive strength, not the duration. Fixing is not necessary.

Instructions for use | Substrate pre-treatment: To ensure that the adhesive sets, either the substrate or the material to be bonded must be absorbent or permeable to moisture. All substrates must be clean, dust-free, dry, sound and grease-free. Remove water-swellable and loose coatings and wallpaper. Clean highly absorbent and dusty surfaces, if necessary pre-treat with a primer such as Metylan Wallpapering Universal Primer or moisten carefully with a water sprayer to prevent it from setting too quickly. Application: The adhesive is applied undiluted directly from the dispenser, tube or cartridge. Apply the adhesive to the material to be bonded or to the substrate in dots or vertical lines, especially outdoors. Heavy objects should be glued over the entire surface of an absorbent substrate! Fixing: Press workpieces together within 5 - 15 min. In the case of materials under tension or heavy materials, support or additionally fix (up to 48 hours), always take into account the leverage effect of the glued objects! |
