The Stanley FatMax carbide break-off blades provide the necessary durability to cut through construction materials that conventional blades struggle with, such as roofing, drywall, and ceiling tiles.

The blades are designed to last longer, maintain their sharpness for an extended period, and prevent breaking. These are three essential factors for today’s professionals.

The break-off blades are manufactured using a unique process that applies tungsten carbide powder to the blade edge using powerful laser technology, resulting in a blade that lasts 10 times longer than a conventional blade.

The blades are precision-ground with diamond wheels to create an exceptionally sharp cutting edge. This process results in a durable blade edge while keeping the steel blade flexible.
