Hello What mechanical and software resolution? Does it have a drag knife or what? Can the blade depth be infinitely adjusted? Can a vinyl film roll with a width of 31cm be clamped? Can I control it from Inkscape to plot vectorised graphics with the highest precision? Or how accurately does this plotter really cut? I want to use it to produce masking templates for airbrushing. They should be cut with an accuracy of 0.1mm. Which plotter is more precise, this one or the Cameo 5? Or another one?

The blade depth cannot be adjusted, there are two different blade tools with fixed cutting depths.

Control is exclusively from the in-house proprietary software called "Design Space", other software cannot be used. However, the designs to be cut can be created with any software and the finished vector graphics can be imported into design space.

The Cricut is a closed ecosystem. If you are looking for flexibility, you should switch to other plotters.

I consider an accuracy of 0.1mm to be hardly reproducible, this is a hobby device
