What is the resolution of this plotter? How small fonts can still be cut cleanly and beautifully with this plotter? I would like to produce airbrush stencils from a roll, so nothing from a base.

It is a little difficult to give a general answer here. Because it depends on the material you want to cut and the blade that goes with it. If you use Smart Vinyl and the blade supplied (Fine Point), you can make extremely detailed cuts (no restriction). So detailed that you can hardly weed them. So for airbrush stencils it should not be a problem.
