Defective packaging
Why don't you manage to send the goods properly packaged? 2 broken pots in two consecutive deliveries. Today another box that wasn't taped up and arrived open. You can ruin your reputation like this!

Dear Galaxus / Digitec team, I saw today while checking my mails that my table from Dutchbone is shipped with Planzer. When I see some comments here, but also on Google reviews / Trustpilot, it mostly has a common denominator: It seems that Planzer does not have many deliveries under control. After the BlackFriday sale, I also had a negative experience with Planzer. I had to search for my Sonos Arc in the neighbourhood, about 200m under a mailbox near the central visitor car park. The package was neither protected from rain nor anything. Legally, I am liable if the parcel is marked as "delivered" but does not reach me or changes hands by being "deposited somewhere". However, Planzer protects itself by forcing me to accept the delivery deposit. I am not offered the option of not accepting this. I am the last person to complain about late parcels and I am aware of the stress in the logistics industry. Nevertheless, it does not justify holding the customer liable for damage/loss when the logistics staff are at their wits' end and deliberately accept damage/loss. Perhaps it would be well worth considering the option to choose the supplier, an improvement to the CX (as communicated on 29.11.22). Example: Many American websites offer the option to choose the supplier (FEDEX, UPS etc.). It would also be helpful to have a note in the delivery text for the respective products (e.g. delivered by Planzer) before ordering the products. Or even better, you can choose the post office by paying a surcharge. This would enable me and other customers not to have these "questionable" general terms and conditions imposed on me by Planzer. At this point, I would like to thank your customer service, which is always great! I really just want to address the problem again and give other people the opportunity to express themselves.
