Sicilian architect Mario Trimarchi designed the "Ossidiana" espresso pot with a keen sense of the narrative power of objects. Like his other projects, this one is also based on memories and fragments of images that are conveyed through the shape of the object. "Ossidiana" is reminiscent of the faceting of the traditional espresso pot and the volcanic rock glass that gives it its name.
