The 0.19 kW motor of this precision machine effortlessly drives the smooth, hardened blade of the chrome-plated tool steel knife (25 cm Ø) through the food being sliced. You can cut easily, quickly, and precisely - right down to the last piece. You can adjust the slice thickness with millimeter accuracy: from paper-thin to 14 mm. Even with large quantities, the selected setting remains consistent slice after slice. It is easy to keep hygienically clean. The sliding table, knife guard, and scraper are removable.
