The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite details, giving it higher hardness. It is harder than Teflon while retaining its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage and even surpasses ceramic coatings. Thanks to the granite coating, the cookware is extremely scratch-resistant and durable.
