The CASO professional film rolls offer a first-class solution for the long-term storage of food under vacuum. Measuring 25 cm wide and 600 cm long, these rolls come in a set of two and allow individual bag sizes to be cut as required. Developed for use with a variety of bar vacuum sealers, the films are universally applicable and compatible with devices from a wide range of manufacturers, including brands such as Ellrona and Allpax, making their use even more flexible.

In terms of quality, the films demonstrate their strengths with a material thickness of around 150 micrometres, ensuring high tear resistance, even when wrapping sharp objects like bones or fish bones. The material used is BPA-free, making it a safe choice for food storage. The special ribbed structure of the films promotes an effective and even vacuum, ensuring 100% tightness and protecting food from freezer burn.

Food lovers and gourmet chefs appreciate vacuum-sealing films for their versatility in food preparation. Cooking resistance is another feature of CASO professional films, which can be used in hot water up to 100 °C for a maximum of 8 hours, making them ideal for sous-vide cooking processes that preserve flavours and nutrients. Additionally, the films can withstand temperatures of up to 70 °C in the microwave for up to 8 minutes at 950 watts, saving time in the kitchen and opening up new possibilities for reheating meals.

After use, the films are easy to clean and dishwasher-safe, making them reusable. This not only helps protect the environment but also offers a financial advantage through multiple uses. To simplify the organisation of vacuum-packed food, the rolls also include Food Manager stickers, which can be used to note the contents and date of storage, ensuring an overview of the food kept fresh at all times.
