The Atlantis series is Demeyere's flagship product. The unique, patented lnductoSeal base is made of 7 different alloys. A copper layer, hermetically sealed into the base, ensures optimum heat distribution across the entire base and creates a heat-conducting surface that is up to 33% larger than that of a conventional base. This welded capsule protects in the event of severe overheating (even up to 600 °C) and is particularly hygienic, as dirt, grease or water cannot penetrate to the base.
