Coffee is brewed using a control lever, whilst steam and hot water are dispensed via metal toggle switches. This is done in the traditional manner via a single-circuit system directly from the boiler. Consequently, the Classika does not require a heat exchanger. The machine is fitted with indicator lights for the key functions, as well as a pressure gauge for visual pressure monitoring. The heavy, high-gloss chrome-plated brew group, made from solid brass with a progressive-action infusion cylinder, guarantees a consistently perfect espresso result.
