The Homematic IP Radiator Thermostat HmIP-eTRV-2 (kit) transforms conventional radiators into intelligent components of a smart home system. Delivered as a kit, the device is easy to assemble and can then be integrated into your Homematic IP system. You can set up to three heating profiles, each with six phases daily – perfect for adapting to your daily habits and optimizing energy use. Intelligent features such as window-open detection automatically lower the temperature when a window is opened – saving heating costs and increasing living comfort. With its whisper-quiet operation, the thermostat is particularly suitable for night and living areas. Installation is done with an M30 union nut, without the need to open the heating system – making retrofitting significantly easier. An illuminated LC display provides temperature readings and operational status at a glance. Voice control via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant is also possible – for this, a Homematic IP access point or the Home Control Unit is required.
