F.DICK Knife Block

The white knife block "4Knives" combines clear design, thoughtful functionality, and quality into an exceptional product. It is characterized by its lightweight and an intelligent, space-saving transport and storage solution, which is unique thanks to a sophisticated locking system. This allows for the disassembly and compact folding of both plastic plates. The knife block is made from high-quality acrylic glass.

The knife block is equipped with a chef's knife (blade length 21 cm), a Santoku with hollow edge (blade length 18 cm), a bread knife (blade length 21 cm), and a paring knife (blade length 9 cm) from the forged design series 1905. The series 1905 skillfully links tradition and modernity through the revival of historical design. In 1905, Friedr. Dick developed a series of chef's knives with solid rivets, replacing the previously common ones. Then as now, the series impresses with its distinctive appearance.

The knife blade is made of X55CrMoV14 steel and is designed for extreme sharpness, while the handle is made of plastic. The balanced hardness of 56 HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy re-sharpening.
