S72013 Universal Edge The SKS 72013 is a stylish knife, made entirely of metal in a professionally looking steel ruby red. It features a sturdy base made of shatterproof glass and a unique lighting concept. The cutting thickness can be smoothly adjusted from 0 mm to 20 mm. The crumb tray is equipped with a switch for instant and continuous operation, allowing the blade to rotate continuously or intermittently. The highlighted adjustment scale and cutting area make the cut object and cutting thickness clearly visible.

The enhanced lighting ensures that the area is initially illuminated in blue when the limiter is opened and the knife is ready for cutting. After 1 minute, the lighting changes to red, serving as a constant reminder that the blade is open. For added safety, the red light remains activated until the limiter is closed. A pulsating light indicates standby status after 5 minutes. Additionally, the area must be protected from children's access.

The 170W water-free running capacitor motor ensures very quiet operation of the unit. The smooth, freely rotating stainless steel blade with hollow grind Ø 170 mm provides the best cutting results. The knife blade can be cut using the diamond gripping blade included in the kit. Stainless steel is used to protect the blade for less friction and easier cutting. The set includes a MiniSlice tool for thin slicing and a knife blade.
