Kai Shun Premier knives are made from 32 layers of Damascus steel. They maintain the high quality of the Kai Shun knife series but differ in appearance and offer improved functionality. A special forging process sets Kai Shun Premier knives apart from ordinary Damascus knives and enhances the blade's properties. The hand-hammered surface of the knives is complemented by an ergonomically shaped handle made of walnut wood. The Tim Mälzer logo is embossed at the end of the handle.
