Thanks to an enlarged, ergonomically optimized grip area, they are easier to open and close than baking pans with a conventional tension lever - ideal for both left- and right-handed users. The aesthetically pleasing "K" design of the tension lever is also eye-catching. All La Forme Plus springform pans also feature the ceramic non-stick coating Kairamic, which prevents cakes, bread, and quiches from sticking. The scratch-resistant bottoms of the pans have a glass-hard enamel coating that leaves no cut marks from knives.
