The high-quality 3-ply multilayer material is characterized by excellent heat conductivity and retention, as well as even heat distribution. It is time- and energy-saving, making it suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction.
The term 3-ply comes from English and refers to three layers:
1. Inner: Stainless steel 18/10, the ideal food-safe surface.
2. Middle: The solid aluminum core ensures perfect heat conduction from the bottom to the edge.
3. Outer: Magnetic stainless steel 18/0 allows for optimal cooking on induction.
The 3-ply pots enable low-fat and gentle cooking and steaming.
