The blades of the 5000FCD series impress not only with their striking damask pattern, derived from 49 layers of steel, but also with their hardness of 61 HRC. Both sides are finished with the typical Honbazuke sharpening for Miyabi knife blades, resulting in a razor-like sharpness. The black, elegantly shaped Pakka Wood handles feature a steel end cap and have red decorative rings at the bottom, which particularly highlight the exotic appearance of the knives in this series. The blade and handle are excellently balanced in each knife, making any cutting tasks easy for the user. Hand washing is recommended.
