With the plastic cutting board from my basics, you can prepare meat, fish and poultry in portions. A juice groove also makes it easier to cut fruit and vegetables, as the fruit water or meat juices cannot run off the board. The cutting board measures 35 x 25 x 1 cm, is dishwasher-safe and has a handle for hanging and transporting. You can also use it as a serving board for finger food.
