Don't worry, they are heat-resistant and can stay on!
It seems that the design has changed slightly. Which model is in the range at Galaxus is probably best told by the customer service. We bought the device a few years ago. By the way, it is highly recommended.

But the pans are coated, so I usually wash them by hand - but that works very well because they are coated ;-)

The cable is fixed.
The stone does not need to be preheated. The stone stays hot for a long time after you turn off the oven. We have this grill and are very satisfied.

This raclette hot stone is a "normal" raclette which only has top heat (a heating coil at the top).
If you want a device that has both top and bottom heat, then a so-called "Pizza Raclette" would be the right one for you. You can also find this among the raclettes on Galaxus.

yes. i can recommend it, the pans are robust and the height is OK. we warmed the dough in advance on the stone plate, topped it and only then put it on the pan. it worked great.
