In the event of a warranty claim, you must register the coffee machine as a warranty claim via the customer account. You will then be told where to send the item. This varies depending on the item and the manufacturer. However, if you would prefer to return the item to a Galaxus shop, you can do that too. However, the processing time will be longer.

If there is a warranty claim, you can register it here https://www.galaxus.ch/de... and you will get all the information :-) The delivery time is currently 1-3 days but the information is without guarantee. Depending on availability, it could take a little longer.
