I own a PAC CN92 Silent, and bought the EX120 as a second unit. The EX120 is ok, but equipped with unnecessary frippery. The bobbing air outlet flap is not only something that is likely to break first, through it the actual air outlet is inserted low in the unit. The cold air actually comes out straight at the top. The air distribution is felt to be much better on the CN92, it goes in all directions. The automatic climate mode of the EX120 is actually useless, because mobile air conditioners are used in places where a 'normal comfort climate' never prevails or will only prevail with difficulty. As a result, the EX120 actually always runs in normal mode. Silent mode is quiet, but not as quiet as doe CN92. The EX120 vibrates more. Despite 11500 BTU versus 10000BTU on the CN92, I have the impression the CN92 cools better.
The old DeLonghi remote controls with the display on it I find better, so you can see even from a distance what you set. When moving the EX120 you constantly come to one of the buttons, which does not happen with the CN92.
So the CN92 is still in the living room, which is also less bulky. And the EX120 is now in the office. I thought it was the other way around. Today, I would buy another CN92 if one were still available.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the 20% discount.

Powerful blow and refreshment immediately. Its use is simplistic. The noise of the compressor is disturbing.
