    Weak performance

    After delivery, a suitable connection cable must first be procured.
    It is not possible that in Switzerland devices are supplied with German plug.
    It should at least be pointed out that the plug does not fit.
    In my opinion,
    it is even illegal to deliver the device so.

    Product good, wrong plug is annoying.

    Good product, works perfectly (office with 8 people, including 4-5 regular coffee drinkers). Only flaw: the product is delivered with a Schuco plug. This would have to be corrected (supply other plug or adapter).

    Unit lasts one year, warranty almost* useless

    The product was defective after about a year (error message--->service case).
    I thought no problem and immediately sent the product to Galaxus and claimed my warranty.

    However, this was immediately deemed worthless and
    was rejected completely ignorantly, as the product had apparently not been properly maintained. However, as I kept the machine in exceptionally good condition and regularly descaled and cleaned it, I became suspicious and read the care instructions again. I was thoroughly confirmed in my assumption that I had not left anything out and that I had cleaned and maintained everything possible.

    I reported this to the warranty office and was told that the reason given was the same (I then received two more photos with a little visible coffee residue on the inside of the plastic).

    At the same time, I was sent a new "Saeco Lirika" coffee machine. I didn't touch it until I received an email from the Galaxus warranty office, which only noticed later that the warranty was disputed, but at the same time a new machine was refunded to me*. It said that there must have been a mistake when sending the brand new replacement machine.

    To reassure myself that the product was now mine via the warranty claim, I then emailed the warranty office and was told somewhat matter-of-factly that I could keep the product and not return it. Fortunately, I was able to get a replacement unit through my warranty after all :)

    This shows very well that Galaxus is primarily concerned with denying the guarantee and not with the product itself.

    The new, second machine almost hung up again (this is probably because ground coffee collects in the inaccessible upper area and clogs everything up. I now solve the problem monthly with the hoover).
