The work surface is made from high-quality stainless steel and measures 100x50 cm, allowing it to keep trays or GN-containers warm over an extended period of time. The heating element is powered by 600 watts and quickly heats the tray up to the desired temperature, which ranges between 35-95°C. The shape of the heater ensures that the temperature is consistently distributed over the entire surface of the tray, keeping all dishes at an even temperature. The temperature can be adjusted from 35-95°C via a rotary knob. A status light informs you as soon as the desired temperature has been reached. The integrated thermostat maintains the device at the same level of warmth, allowing you to keep each dish ready for serving over an extended period. The casing is made from easy-to-clean stainless steel. Its compact design and light weight of only 18.6 kg make it easy to transport to different locations.
