Fritidsgarn is a knitting yarn made from 100% Norwegian wool. Everything, from washing the wool to producing the finished yarn, takes place in our factory in Foss Eikeland in the municipality of Sandnes, Norway.

Garments made from Norwegian wool feel light and warm. After each wear, they become even softer. Norwegian wool is durable and resistant to pilling. It ensures that the garments always look good and maintain their shape for a long time. Be mindful of the environment: wool is breathable and needs to be washed only rarely. Instead, we recommend airing out the garment well. Garments made from Norwegian wool have a long lifespan. They retain their beauty even across several generations. This means that Norwegian wool contributes to sustainable consumption. Knitting wool is also well-suited for felting.
