The 3Feet Activ Mid insoles meet the support and comfort needs of feet with a medium arch. They are made from lightweight, breathable materials. The pad promotes propulsion at the forefoot. The shell is designed for medium arches (3.1 cm). It allows for dynamic foot rolling. The wide gel pad provides excellent heel cushioning.
