This baking mat is the perfect alternative to disposable baking paper. Use it to roll out dough to the right size immediately, thanks to the printed measurements. It's that simple: Lay the baking mat flat on the work surface. Position the dough in the center of the mat and roll it out to the desired size. Place the rolled-out dough either in the appropriate cake pan or directly with the mat onto the suitable baking tray.
