Barista Tip:

Try cold brew in the summer: Add ground coffee to the filter, pour in cold water, stir, and let it sit in the fridge for about 8-12 hours - enjoy it ice cold!

Instructions for Use:

• Insert the permanent filter into the porcelain pot.
• Add 7-9 g of ground coffee per cup into the filter. Use only coffee grounds with a medium to coarse grind. On a scale of 1 (fine) to 10 (coarse), we recommend a grind of 6-8.
• Pour hot water over the permanent filter.
• Let the coffee steep for about 3-4 minutes.
• To optimally distribute the flavors, stir the finished coffee briefly before pouring.
