TFA-Dostmann TFA 30.1044 Digital Min-Max Thermometer for measuring indoor and outdoor temperatures

The thermometer features a high-contrast display capable of showing two different temperatures. One temperature is measured on the device itself, the second via a 1.4-metre-long waterproof cable sensor.

This makes the device an excellent thermometer for swimming pools, ponds and other liquid containers, as well as for fridges and much more.
