Product details

With the Chocolatier Christmas Edition, chocolate is melted at two temperature levels: 85°C and 115°C. The 250 ml aluminum melting pot is removable for easy pouring and cleaning. A comprehensive set of accessories is included: two plastic bowls for fruits and six skewers, perfect for chocolate fondue. The praline fork allows for dipping fine fillings into the liquid chocolate. Twelve festive pouring molds for themed chocolate pieces, a spatula for easy removal, and the instruction manual with recipes complete this sweet package.
