The approximately 8 mm thick pan base made of stress-free aluminum die-cast ensures optimal cooking results, while our durable and cut-resistant non-stick coating made of high-tech titanium adds to its quality. Additionally, the optional removable handles make the pans from the Nowo series suitable for use as ovenproof baking dishes.
