The approximately 8 mm thick pan base made from stress-free aluminum die-casting ensures excellent cooking results, along with our durable and cut-resistant non-stick coating made from high-tech titanium. Additionally, the optionally detachable handles make the pans from the nowo series suitable for use as ovenproof baking dishes.
