Product details

The Santoku knife shape enjoys great popularity in Europe. The large Yaxell ZEN Santoku knife features a core made of rust-resistant VG 10 steel, which is clad on both sides with 18 layers of rust-resistant carbon steel Damascus, resulting in a Damascus appearance with a total of 37 layers.

The part of the blade that extends towards the spine has a polished hammer finish that contrasts sharply with the matte lines of the Damascus pattern leading to the edge.

The handle is made of robust linen micarta with a wood-like appearance.

The blade is secured in the handle with two rust-resistant rivets. Technical specifications:
