@fabian010290 I see this exactly the same as you. I too have the same problems, have already sent my machine in once, have also made a video call with a DeLonghi employee, however it still does not work. The DeLonghi specialist told me that something was wrong with the water supply, temperature and grind. I got the coffee machine back after that, but I still have the same problems. I tried to exchange the machine, but was told I had to send it in again. Problems: Grinding beans: Always very coarse. I have the feeling that they don't get 'fine' enough. I always follow the instructions, but I don't get the desired result. The grinder must be running so that you can only change the grind level one step at a time. Who came up with that? And you can't see anywhere which level you are currently at. Temper: Good thinking, but not sure how well it works. Brewing coffee: Coffee still comes out poorly after consulting with specialist, following instructions, etc. I have already used up countless coffee beans.

I don't quite understand why you can't read off the grind, there is a scale printed on it.... I also wonder what kind of beans are used. Depending on the beans, I can only use level 3 at most, otherwise the pressure goes to the limit.
The tamper works very well for me. I always tamp 2 times and turn the piston with the lever pulled.
I've had the machine repaired 2 times because of pressure problems. The first time, no fault was found by the service centre, although it was obvious. Unfortunately, Kenwod's repair service is no good and you always have to exert a lot of pressure to get things running.
