I have bought 3 devices. A measuring accuracy of ± 0.1°C is indicated. I am currently measuring 20.5° / 20.8° / 21.2°. Seems to me to be quite far away from the stated accuracy...

A look at the manual would help:

Measuring range temperature: 0°C to +50°C
Measuring accuracy:
± 1°C (0°C to +40 °C)
± 2°C (40°C to +50 °C)

Humidity measuring range: 20% to 95%.
Measuring accuracy:
± 5% RH (40% to 80%)
± 8% RH (20°C to 40% and 80% to 95%)

An accuracy of +-0.1°C would be more in the professional league, which cannot be expected from a 16th thermo/hygrometer...

Mine don't... I bought 3 of them over several years and they all show almost the same reading, only one is 0.1 degrees higher. But it takes a while, you have to let them stand next to each other for 1-2 hours until they settle down. Maybe I was just lucky with my specimens.

The ± 0.1°C in the description is wrong!
According to Beurer, the measuring accuracy is ± 1°C (at 0°C to +40°C) or ± 2°C (at 40°C to +50°C).
