I have had this appliance since January 2023 and have always been very satisfied. Only for a week now, the values have risen to over 1000 within 30 minutes of ventilation (400). Do I need to change a filter or similar or is the appliance defective?

Unfortunately, I don't know that either. Our device has been working perfectly for 3 years without any problems.
