I have this espresso machine for a couple of months now and I still don't understand how the warming cup tray works. It is mentioned in the manual I have but the tray is always cold. I don't understand how is this supposed to heat my cup. Can you please help me with this?

The only way I was able to warm cups is by using the hot water function to fill the cup up before making a coffee. I also don't get what it means by warming tray, as this does not exist...
