Spare parts are available from WMF's Swiss repairer. I was able to replace the whisk after less than 2 years of use (under warranty). WMF had given me the contact: infoKD@telion.ch but I don't know if they are still WMF repairer, to check.

I don't know - it hasn't been necessary to replace anything so far.
