It does not have the Swiss plug, and it is not possible to use. Why this is not specified and it is sold in Galaxus, a Swiss-based company ?

The one I bought did. So which type of plug did yours have fitted?

Surely it is easy enough to cut the incorrect plug OFF and purchase one from OBI/Coop/Micasa/Jumbo/etc, etc, to install instead?

Don't cut anything off, could potentially be dangerous!
Get an adapter. It's outrageous what galaxus is doing here!
