Such a huge frustration! Although in the comments it says that the device is delivered NEW with CHer plug.... not for me (07.07.2021)! Who sells an electrical appliance in CH with a foreign plug - huh? Of course I only noticed this after unpacking... and now - what now? 100% fail. ugly.

Hello, this happens all the time. Simply contact customer service and they will send you an adapter free of charge. Normally it is simply included, but this time it seems to have been forgotten.
