This egg boiler does not have an electronic hardness setting and works normally with water.

Hello, with the egg cooker, the switch-off (alarm) works purely according to the amount of water. You decide, with little water you get a soft egg and vice versa a hard egg. In my opinion, this is a great appliance and I would buy another one immediately.

I only left the hint because the description is incorrect. I know it and appreciate it, but I'm getting older and would like it to be simpler ... so I'm looking for an electronic version that works.
