What is included in the scope of delivery? Is a milk jug included? Cleaning brush / tablets, water hardness test strips, etc.?

Cleaning brush, water test strips, a decal bottle. Not milk jug, not tables.

I don't remember the test strip, everything else is there.

Actually, it is. I just didn't have anything because I bought the Specialista refurbished at Galaxus. Everything was forgotten. But I bought the machine 3 months ago from another dealer and am thrilled, really high-quality workmanship, great espresso etc.! Huge tip:-) Read the instructions carefully! Watch You tube clips! Plug and Play is different!
