What speciality coffees are available as standard? Depending on the country, these seem to be different, sometimes I see "Americano" in videos, sometimes "Long Black", sometimes even a "Flat White". In one instruction manual I even found a "Café Crema". But that seems to be quite inconsistent. What about the machine you get here?
