    Fox Speedframe

Does anyone know the difference between Fox Speedframe Normal/Blocked/Klif? Even on their website this is not clearly differentiated. Thanks in advance.

Inner padding for MET roam bike helmet

The inner pads are no longer holding up or have come off in places - I can't find a replacement for this helmet: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s3/product/met-roam-56-58-cm-velohelm-8070001?supplier=406802 Are there any alternatives or does anyone know where to find inner pads, either brand-independent or for the MET brand?

Bicycle helmets - returns not welcome.

Bicycle helmets are made to be head shape and size specific. This means that they may or may not fit. Unfortunately, DiGa does not see this as a reason to trade bicycle helmets like clothes or shoes, but as a hygiene article where returns are at the expense of the customer. I would like to see you review your guidelines here and allow free returns for all size-dependent items. For me, it's not worth the risk of ordering an item from you that I can't even try on without paying a fee. Greetings OliSo

    No Poc helmets at Galaxus

Does Galaxus not carry any Poc helmets in its range? The Tectal models are quite widespread.

New filters, charging plugs (ubs a or c etc.), helmet weight

Could you add a new filter to the bicycle helmets that tells you which charging socket is installed? And a filter for the weight of the helmet would be great. and which protection class the helmet has.

Filters should be subtractive, not additive

As in so many other product categories: If you can already filter by features, the filter should be limiting, not broadening. Let's say I'm looking for a helmet with reflectors according to MIPS design: I click on the filter "Reflectors" and 17 results are displayed. Now I also click on "MIPS", but suddenly 50 items are shown. If I had first filtered for MIPS and only then for reflectors, I would have assumed that all of the 50 articles delivered first were also equipped with reflectors. But they are only available in a smaller high-quality subgroup, which are of course all built according to the MIPS principle. That's a bad joke.

Bicycle helmets with EU approval in the various countries

Hello people from Galaxus/Digitec I'm missing something in your clear specifications for bicycle helmets: What approvals do they have ? With comparison. Is especially especially important for the 45cc bikes. Europe has such a jungle here. In Holland there is a new standard, which goes for 45s, in other countries it's not allowed. our helmets, in France, Italy and Austria other helmets... In Italy, e-bikes have already been confiscated because of this crap. Why don't you demand this clearly from your suppliers and add it to the list? Thank you.

    Self tinting visor

Hello Together I am looking for a helmet with a self-tinting visor. What is there to choose from? I think the Alpina Altone VM offered here is a possibility?

    Children's helmet, elongated head shape

Can anyone recommend a children's helmet for an elongated head shape? Head circumference is 53cm, width 15cm, length 21cm (measured in top view ear to ear, forehead to back of head). Unfortunately, we have not always been successful so far, as the helmets were usually too wide and therefore did not fit well. Merci!

    Reimbursement for bicycle helmets

Do bicycle helmets fall into the category of "items of clothing" or am I allowed to try out the helmet and return it free of charge without a discount if it doesn't fit?
