With its smooth surface, the balance pad is perfect for barefoot beginners to balance training. Thanks to its thickness of 6 cm, this balance pad has the desired destabilising properties. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to maintain its balance and stabilise the joints. Exercises on this balance pad involve more deep-lying muscles than exercises without a balance pad.
